After long working days, after a hard time during the pandemic, the staff of VIETROSCO finally had a trip to Ho Tram to unwind and relax.     We're very excited to be part of this year Vietfish exhibition. We would love to show you a variety of our unique products, hoping to "catch" your interest. See you there! Together with over 200 exhibitors from Vietnam and other countries, Vietrosco also presented at one of the largest seafood show in Asia as an exhibitor.  At 9:00 AM, 29th April 2016, Vietrosco's annual shareholders meeting was held successfully at the company's own location in Vinh Loc industrial park, Ho Chi Minh City. 100% shareholders were present in the meeting following with 3 main contents: 1. Reports on the company's business activities in 2015 Main points: 2015 was a difficult year not only for the company itself but also for the seafood export industry of Vietnam. The company only met 84% of the sale revenue target. However, it survived the crisis with a profit before tax of more than 4 billion Vietnam dong which is 100.4% of the profit target. 2. 2016 objectives Main points: 2016 is expected to be another difficult year. However, the year's sale revenue target will be no less than 2015's target while profit target will be no less than what it got in 2015. 3. Director board and monitoring board elections for the period of 2016 - 2021 The elections were conducted through voting with results as below: - Director board members: + Mr. Pham Van Son - Chairman of Director board + Mrs. Pham Thi Kim Ngan + Mr. Tran Huu Hanh + Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hien + Mr. Pham Minh Thang - Monitoring board members: + Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Phuong - Chief of Monitoring board + Mr. Dao Trong Tri + Mr. Bui Ngoc Nam  2016 shareholders meeting was held at the company's own location in Vinh Loc industrial park, Ho Chi Minh City.
